Okay, so if you heard that we changed our baby's name to Claudia, you are right. We've tried for the last month to get used to Camille, but it just didn't seem right. We've both felt it, but didn't say anything to each other until now. We followed the majority instead of what we felt in our hearts. We were worried, because Claudia is such a classic name and not used very often that people wouldn't like it. Even Elsie has been asking about Claudia? (the kids are fine with the change too, they slip a little, but with time it will be forgotten) We've even had people express their opinion that they didn't like it at all or that it reminded them of a very mean school teacher from yesteryear. We got the same comments with Lydia and Elsie too, because they are old fashioned. But their names fit them to a "T" and we wouldn't change them for anything. Camille is a beautiful name, perhaps it's just a little too modern for us. Does anyone remember the movie Party of 5? The youngest girls name was Claudia. She had dark hair and was so dang cute and had a spunky personality. We've loved the name ever since.
